Is my vision bad and can I get it corrected?

I have high Myopia, Astigmatism, extropia, and a refractive error of -17.00. My doctor said that my eyes are corrected to 20/20 and 20/400 which states that I’m -11.670 with corrected lens. I also have floaters with a macular scar on the center of my retina which I am going to get checked again on the 17 of December. Can my vision get any better or just stay the same?

You need to consult with a doctor to determine what treatment options, if any will work for your specific situation. I suggest asking about an Intraocular lens (IOL) to see if that is an option for you.
